When Jeremiah Owyang blogged about the American Red Cross' use of social media during the midwest floods, I found it ironic that the American Red Cross National Headquarters doesn't allow staff access to many of the internet's social media tools.
Now, it appears Congress is also concerned about access to social media by some of it's members.
