There seem to be new holiday movies spring up every year. And each new generation has their favorites.
As a young child growing up in Western Pennsylvania I was enthralled with the Mabel Beaton Marionettes production of "A Night Before Christmas" and the Christmas story as taken from the Biblical narrative. But as I got older, that favorite of mine soon disappeared from the holiday repertoires.
I did a search this year and discovered that someone had been posted them on YouTube - hooray! So, as old -- and a bit hokie -- as they are, they are still a delight.
